How to loose weight easily?

You can do some easier cardio exercises like running, jog, swimming, walking, jumping rope three times per week. These type of workout are good to lose weight.

Sleeping is one of the healthiest activity that can help your body function work again. Your body is not a machine that has to work every single second, you need to do rest if you are tired and get good night’s sleep every night.
